1. Who We Are
SETTEROS is operated by FORMSHQ INC. SETTEROS provides AI appointment-setting, CRM-connected workflows, voice AI add-ons, dashboard tools, template libraries, and related onboarding services.
2. Account Use
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, user access, campaign content, client data, and permissions. You agree not to use SETTEROS for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized communications.
3. Subscriptions, Add-Ons, and Fees
Paid plans and add-ons may include monthly recurring fees, one-time setup fees, usage-based costs, or fair-use limits. Voice usage, phone numbers, carrier fees, call minutes, and unusually high-volume traffic may be billed separately or limited to protect platform reliability.
4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing your scripts, offers, qualification rules, disclosures, consent language, industry requirements, and communication practices before launch. You are also responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with applicable laws and platform rules.
5. No Guaranteed Results
SETTEROS is designed to improve response speed, lead handling, follow-up, and appointment-setting operations. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, appointments, sales, revenue, or business outcomes.
6. Service Changes
We may update, modify, pause, or discontinue features, templates, integrations, pricing, or add-ons as the platform evolves. We aim to provide reasonable notice when changes materially affect paid services.
